Mandatory Meeting Tuesday 2/27 at 5:30PM

Mandatory parent meeting for all students attending the Disney trip.

Meeting Feb 27th at 5:30 pm.

All students and Parents should plan on attending. We will go over the details of the trip and competition, discuss behavior expectations, and answer any questions you may have.

Meeting will begin promptly at 5:30 and should be over by 6pm



The PVHS Disney trip is approaching quickly. Last payments need to be made by Feb 1, 2018. Be sure all payments are complete.


We will be having a mandatory parent and student meeting before the trip to go over rules so everyone is on the same page.


What your child will need for Disney


A small 20” duffel bag or backpack for clothes and personal items


Concert Attire: Band—Long concert dress, black pants, white shirt, black socks, nice black dress shoes, black tie. Percussion—all black


Choir—long black uniform dress (provided), black dress shoes, black pants, white shirt, maroon tie (provided), long black socks


Snacks for the trip or money to purchase snacks


Money for Lunch on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Sunday Dinner


Money for souvenirs
