We’re partnering with Vitalant for our fall Blood Drive, and we’re inviting our parents and community to roll up a sleeve and give the gift of life. ❤️
Please note:
• Students cannot miss class to donate.
• Nevada law allows students 16+ to donate with parental consent.
• Donors must weigh at least 110 lbs and be in good health.
Eat a good breakfast, drink plenty of water, and don’t forget your photo ID!

In Mr. Nygaard’s class, students are learning about fractures and healing.
Students learned about the different types of bone fractures and how each one heals. Through a hands-on lab, they cut and labeled paper “bones” to model breaks and explore how the body repairs itself after injury.
Science comes to life when learning is hands-on!

✨Student Spotlight: Adelia Pollard ✨
Meet Adelia Pollard, a talented 10th grader who has been dancing since the age of 4! She trains in ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, and acrobatics, showcasing her versatility and passion for the art.
Adelia has earned numerous titles at Revolution Talent Competitions, frequently placing in the Top 5, and even secured 7th place at Nationals in Anaheim, California.
This year marks Addie’s second season on the PVHS Dance Team, where she continues to shine with her dedication, talent and team spirit.
Way to go, Addie! 💃🌟
